Billing and Payment Terms

Legacy Consulting provides credit education and support services in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable California law.

We do not charge fees before services are fully performed. We do not charge fees based on specific outcomes, deletions, score increases, approvals, or results.

Our services are offered month-to-month. Monthly fees, if applicable, are billed only after services for the prior billing period have been performed. This structure is intended to comply with federal and state restrictions regarding advance fees for credit repair services.

Before any billing occurs, clients receive:

• The required Consumer Credit File Rights disclosure
   
• A written service agreement describing services, costs, and cancellation rights
   
• Cancellation and refund terms
   

Where applicable, clients may authorize recurring billing for month-to-month services. Clients may cancel recurring billing as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
