Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your service agreement within three (3) business days of signing for any reason, without penalty or obligation. To cancel within this time period, you must submit your cancellation request in writing.

After the initial 3-business-day period, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds, if applicable, are handled as follows:

• If you cancel within three (3) business days of signing and no billable services have been performed, you will not be charged, or you will receive a refund if a charge was processed in error.
   
• Fees are not refundable for services already performed.
