Terms and Conditions / Service Agreement Summary

Legacy Consulting provides credit education and support services. By using this website or enrolling in services, you agree to the following terms.

We provide credit education, credit report review, dispute preparation assistance, and related support services. We do not provide legal advice, debt settlement, or credit counseling.

We do not guarantee the removal of any credit items, any specific score improvement, approvals, or outcomes. Credit reporting agencies, creditors, and lenders are independent third parties.

We provide services in accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679) and applicable California law. Required disclosures and a written agreement are provided before any billing.

Services are offered month-to-month and billed in arrears (after services for the prior billing period are performed). We do not charge advance fees for credit repair services.

You may cancel within three (3) business days of signing without penalty or obligation. You may also cancel ongoing month-to-month services as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
